Ahmad Jurak Private Limited is the sole manufacturer of the oldest and world’s finest hookah tobacco brand “SHEESHA” and a few other premium brands like Abu Itrah, Al-Khaas, Abu Sheesha, Silver & Mazaj.
Since its inception in 1990, the company has now transformed into a well-known name in the Sheesha (Hookah) industry with satisfied customers worldwide. The Company has a generation old recipe since 1857 that has been passed on from ancestors to the present generation and is being used in its original form for making of finest hookah tobacco paste. The company is well equipped with state of art manufacturing facilities, where man and machine work in total coordination to deliver quality commitment and timely dispatches.
Considering the increasing trend of flavoured molasses worldwide, the company has introduced a versatile range of Flavoured Molasses ranging from a rich long lasting apple flavour to chewing gum flavours. All our products are made of finest tobacco leaves blending them with molasses, herbs, spices, pure attar (perfume) and are infused with exquisite European Flavours. These infusions create a rich, unrivalled everlasting exotic taste of smoke.
Infrastructure
Ahmad Jurak (P) Ltd. is a professionally managed company. The company has the most advanced state of the art modern manufacturing facilities and strives at its best to deliver quality products that meet International Standards.
Our production facility is well equipped with semi and fully automatic modern machineries that take care of production, packing and logistics. The company has an installed capacity of producing about 45 containers on a monthly basis.
We have a huge 100000 sq ft production area which includes adequate space to warehouse both raw and finished materials. In addition to warehousing the raw tobacco for its annual consumption about 60 metric tonnes, we also have a depot in Kishanganj, Powakhali with a total warehousing space of about 25000 sq ft. In addition to the warehousing space, the Company has a 10000 sq ft space for the comfort and well being of its stationed work force, which is equipped with all modern entertainment facilities like television and games room and a gymnasium for good health.
We also have an in-house laboratory to keep a close check on quality of raw materials and perform 21 quality assurance checks on regular basis to confirm delivery of quality product. Since no ISO or any other internationally accepted test methodology for Shisha Tar & Nicotine Yields is currently available, the company has set up a specialized quality control department which works in conjunction with the laboratory and approves the quality on the basis of experience which they have gathered over the generations.
The workforce employed is highly skilled and experienced and we provide them a health friendly workplace that takes care of the workers’ health and adheres to all safety guidelines. Strict placements and on boarding processes are followed and newcomers are adequately trained under the supervision of skilled & experienced trainers. No Child Labour is engaged at our facilities.
